Terms and Conditions for Participants Attending a Live Event Seminar

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation of individuals ("Participants") in the live event seminar ("Event") organized by DongFangSage Education Pte Ltd ("Organizer"). By registering for and attending the Event, Participants agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Registration and Payment
1.1. Registration: Participants must complete the registration process through the Organizers designated platform.
1.2. Payment: Payment of the registration fee must be made in full at the time of registration. The fee is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
1.3. Confirmation: Upon successful registration and payment, Participants will receive a confirmation email. Entry to the Event is contingent upon receipt of this confirmation.

2. Conduct and Behavior
2.1. Professional Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the Event.
2.2. Prohibited Behavior: Harassment, discrimination, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Participant engaging in such behavior without refund.

3. Privacy and Data Protection
3.1. Personal Information: By registering for the Event, Participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by the Organizer for purposes related to the Event.
3.2. Data Sharing: The Organizer may share Participant information with third-party service providers involved in the organization of the Event, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Content: All materials and content provided during the Event, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and recordings, are the intellectual property of the Organizer or the respective speakers.
4.2. Use of Materials: Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Event materials without the prior written consent of the Organizer.

5. Photography and Recording
5.1. Consent to Photography: Participants acknowledge that the Organizer may take photographs and/or video recordings during the Event for promotional and archival purposes.
5.2. Use of Likeness: By attending the Event, Participants consent to the use of their likeness in such media by the Organizer without compensation.

6. Liability and Indemnity
6.1. Limitation of Liability: The Organizer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Participants attendance at the Event.
6.2. Indemnity: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to their attendance at the Event.

7. Cancellation and Changes
7.1. Cancellation by Participant: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made by Participants.
7.2. Cancellation by Organizer: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event. In such cases, Participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a refund or transfer to a rescheduled date.
7.3. Changes to the Event: The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event program, speakers, venue, and timing as necessary.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the local country hosting the event. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the local country hosting the event.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and attending the Event, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
